Hi,
when I want to build a scale with cage.scale starting with 6100 and intervals 50 100 the scale will start on D quarter tone low. If I use 6150 as start the result is the same. If I start with 6050 the scale starts on the right pitch but with the interval 100.
6000 works fine but 6200 as start will return 100 as the first interval too.
Is this a bug or do I something wrong?

Re: cage.scale bug?
Hi, I think you need to set the "base" attribute: see the main help file. It fixes a point on the scale (it fixes the transposition). Set it to 6100, for instance.
(It is uncoupled with the starting point of the range, so that one may build, say, a D major scale between 6000 and 8400, although 6000 will obviously not show up
