Using a breakpoint function for interpolation

Hi there,

I am just getting to grips with Bach and Cage, and I'm looking at ways of using the equivalent of a breakpoint function to add deviation to interpolations.

I'm using a patch from elsewhere in the forum, which allows for interpolation between chords in a variable number of steps, and also allows for a defining scale for the function, which is nice (although apparently it doesn't work properly for different sized groups of notes and cage.chordinterp should be used instead, but I haven't figured out how to make that work in this patch yet - again, I am only getting started).

What I'd like to do is apply a breakpoint function to the Bach.interp object, so that the interpolation isn't linear, and could be, for example, jagged.

Can anyone help?
