Strange Quantization Issue

Hi can anyone replicate this error? I made a video of this because it involves differing behaviour when opening a patch vs. posting it into a new window.

1. Open patch, enter presentation, click quantize; it's inaccurate! Many missing ties.

2. Copy entire patch, including roll that was quantized inaccurately, and paste into new patcher window, click quantize; it's accurate!

Two related issues, if you have time, in the same patch:

Upon opening, setting parameters, and then triggering to create sieve, bach.intersection will ALWAYS show null, even when that's not the case, and bach.symdiff always shows identical result to bach.trim+bach.join...but...once you delete bach.symdiff and bach.intersection and replace with new version of the same object, they now work as intended! Thoughts?

Slightly updated version with some things I've tried to fix this (including a bach.portal before set operations...does nothing...thought bach.collect might be interfering, but it appears not? Un-automated banging to simplify...no effect.)

Edit: Picture attached for further clarification. I expect to see bach.intersection print "2" and bach.symdiff to print "0 1 3 4" but they print something else. But, when I delete both objects and re-attach all patch chords, they print as expected.
