musicxml import problem

not sure this is really bach related:
for some weird reason the tempos in the attached xml file get moved around.
check quarter=80 tempo at bar 50 for example. it's in the xml "text" file, but when read into a bach.scroll object the tempo shows up at bar 46 (where it shouldn't be).
