bach.eval | 1e-20

Post by sydy » Thu Jan 16, 2020 8:43 am

Dear Andrea, Dear Daniele,

In bach.eval I'd like to write this
$CLCCURVE_C1 = 0.00000000000000000001;

like this.
$CLCCURVE_C1 = 1e-20

Maybe a feature for a future release?

Cheers,
m

So just as information for those who thought about the same thing.
Andrea explained me that you can actually use exponential notation:
that means 1e-20 works.
If you want to print it you need to add the @maxdecimals 20
The default maximum of floating point print is 6.

Thanks Andrea for the explanations.
