accidental font size and location in relation to noteheads

Hi Andrea/Daniele,

I was wondering if there is a possible hack for changing the font size of the accidentals, and eventually moving them in relation to the notehead, for example, placing them all above. I have noticed that, when using roll notation, as soon as notes are too close together their accidentals/noteheads overlap, making the reading messy and difficult (see attached).
