Bug report: accidentals input via inspector

Hi there! Just a little bug report: trying to edit a Eb5 to be Ebdv5 via the bach.roll inspector causes the note to drop to the first octave, ignoring the microtonal part, i.e.: Eb0. On the other hand, editing the note using the 'minus fraction t' syntax (Eb5-3/8t) will have the desired effect. In t...

Use bach with mira / miraweb

Hi everyone! I'm sharing an abstraction that I did *with the invaluable help of Daniele Ghisi* that enables visualization of unsupported objects in mira or miraweb - namely, bach objects. It has some issues, like the fact that it's core object ([jit.desktop]) doesn't work in 64bit mode, and the very...

Re: respell scope - feature request

Oh, I can wait, don't worry! :-)
At the time, I was not sure if you were doing it on the current version or on an unreleased one.
For the time being, I'll use the patch I had previously made.

Take care!

Re: respell scope - feature request

Hi, Daniele! I hope you are fine! Last time we met, you were showing me that it is possible to use the lock message to prevent the respelling to occur on the second-to-last note. But does it work on bach 0.8.0.1? If so, how? I've tried the following but it didn't work... [sel chord 1 -2, lock, sel c...

Re: [ANN] bach 0.8 released

Yes!
After manually swapping between versions 0.8.0.1b and 0.7.9b, I went back to the PM and I can confirm what you say.
Thanks!

Re: [ANN] bach 0.8 released

Dear bach team, I've just browsed through Max Package Manager and found that bach's current available version is 0.8.0. I wonder if this is the same 0.8.0.1b I've downloaded form the website a few month ago (at that time, it still wasn't available from the PM) or if it is an improved one. Anyway, wh...

[bach.quantize] bug with G8vb clef

Hi,

Small bug report: when using [bach.quantize] with a G8vb clef in [bach.roll], the clef disappears from [bach.score].

In [bach.score]’s inspector, this is what shows up in clefs: `g8vb
I’m aware the ` is bach’s escape character but I guess it’s not supposed to be there.

Best,
Pedro

Re: @out t knows max character limit (or does it)

Thanks! I'm on a MacBook Pro late 2009 2,53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo running Yosemite and Max 7.3.4. I've just realised I had Max running in 32-bit mode, though. Now, I've set it to 64-bit and my original test resulted in a spinning wheel!... It works fine up to the 20 items input llll (although, notice...
