Re: respell scope - feature request
Well, I've done some thinking myself ;-) Please, tell me what do you think of my patch. Maybe, there's some way to make it more efficient ... maybe even you can implement some of this directly inside the algorithm (I have no idea whether that's possible or if it makes any sense). Regarding chords, I...

respell scope - feature request
Hello once more! (I promise it's the last one for today!) First, let me congratulate you for the new 'atonal' algorithm for respelling accidentals! I really appreciate this feature! For me, though, there is a limitation regarding the respelling scope: I would like to be able to respell only the last...

addchord bug
Hello again, I've been experimenting with bach 0.8.0.1b and I found a bug, but actually I think I've come across a similar issue before, in bach 0.7.9b. I only recall something not working with 'addchord' but working fine with 'addchords'. Now, the bug happens when I try to send a message to [bach.r...

[bach.mc2p] doesn't accept negatives
Hi there, I think I found a bug in [bach.mc2p]. Isn't it suppose to handle negative integers (as descending intervals) the same way his brother [bach.p2mc] handles negative pitches? Check out my example below. Cheers, Pedro Louzeiro <pre><code> ----------begin_max5_patcher---------- 473.3ocyU00SjCBE...

bach.nth>join issue (bach 0.7.9)
Hi guys, Sorry if I'm posting a problem related to version 0.7.9, but I have no idea if you've solved it for 0.8, so here it goes: I've noticed a strange behaviour when connecting a [bach.nth] to a [join]. I get a yellow message in the console saying "join: extra arguments for message "int"". See th...

Chord symbols - import from xml? slot linkage?
Dear bach developers! I was wondering if it is possible to use chord symbols with [bach.score]... (I guess not, so here's a feature request!) I have a bunch of MusicXml files with from which I would like to retrieve the chord symbols. The syntax is simple enough and looks like this (for a Gm7b5 chor...

Re: bach.mc2pc weird modulo behaviour
Although, in [bach.mc2pc]'s help file it says: The modulo is set in the right inlet, or as argument. Default is 12 (semitones).
