Re: Read SDIF files

Hi,
yes, I'm sorry for the latency. We are working on a number of things for the next version of bach, and this one is on the agenda. If your workflow is blocked by it let us know and we'll try to give you a fix sometime soon.
Cheers,
andrea

Re: bach.score - internal voice

Hi,
thanks for the report.
We're working on lots of things related to MusicXML. It might take a while, but hopefully it will be worth the wait...
Cheers,

Re: Hello..some guidance please

I'd say that cage, at its simplest, only requires a basic knowledge of bach, and neither requires any knowledge of Lisp... so, have fun!!!

Re: Bach Lists Across Network

Hi, the problem with bach.encode is that, for some reason I've never been able to fathom, when the encoded data are transmitted over a network some get typically lost. Hi,
I'd say that your best bet is jit.desktop.

Re: something like M

Uhm... Let's say that Max was born, essentially, as a tool for manipulating MIDI data... If anything, bach is more about going beyond MIDI, and supporting musical practices needing richer kinds of representation. That being said, it is quite possible that some bach-specific tools for data manipulati...

Re: something like M

Hi,
unfortunately we never used M, and to be honest we have no idea of how it is like (the page on the C74 website is not really informative).
So, frankly, we really can't answer your question...
Sorry,

Re: bug in cage tutorial 'Earthworms'

Hi Batr,
thanks for the report: it will be fixed for the next release.
To be honest, the whole earthworm/lumbricus thing has become a bit obsolete since the advent of the "hungry" mode of bach.constraints, which basically does the same thing in a much cleaner and efficient way...

Re: @out t knows max character limit (or does it)

Hi Pedro,
thanks for the report. This looks like a tricky one, I'll look into it.
Can you please give me more info about your system?
Cheers,
