Import xml in NoteAbilityPro

Hi,

I would like to import in NoteAbilityPro an XML file I created with bach.score object, because NAP can read the microtones. But when I do the importation, nothing appears in the score. Are they specific parameters to respect in bach.score object or in NAP?

Hi,

unfortunately I don't have access to a working version of NAP, so I can't test it directly. In principle, quartertones should be exported without any additional hassle.

Would you mind creating a very simple score with quartertones in NAP (just a few notes with some quarter-sharps and quarter-flats), export it into XML and send it to info at bachproject dot net, along with a screenshot of the score? I'd like to see what syntax NAP considers correct, and this might help fixing the issue...

Thanks for your answer. I didn't see it because I though I would receive a mail in my personal box. It's only the second time I write something on the Bach forum.

I created several short scores and tested it like you proposed to me. It seems to work when there are only 2 staffs (FG) (yeah!). When I put 4 (FFGG), nothing appears in NAP.
Other problem: despite of only 2 staffs in bach score object, it shows 3 in NAP... but it-s less important for the moment. If you know why, I'm interested in, anyway.
An if it would be possible to find a solution to make appear 4 staffs in NAP like in bach score, I would be happy too.
NB: My version of NAP is not the last one (2.622). I will install the new one and test it.
