copy to voice (FR!)

Though it is very easy to patch, the task is so common that it might be worth considering to make a command for it.

I'm talking about the most basic instrumentation act: copy selected notes to specified voice(s).

We have 'voice' but it's moving the content. I'd vote for a 'voice copy' option.

Look at the #copy and #paste messages, this is already possible.
