slow scroll

is there a way to scroll slower?

I have a 15 minutes roll and if i'm above 15. hzoom i can't follow where i am, it's scrolls so fast.

FR: if nothing is selected the cursor keys would be also nice to step, let's say, 1000ms and one voice at a time.

Not sure I've understood.
Are you using two-fingers swipe/mousewheel ?

i'm on desktop PC with no trackpad, just keyboard and mouse - without a horizontal mousewheel. so i just drag the scrollbar. but the other option (with the ctrl alt shift (i think)- hand icon) is also too fast and the dragging is not in sync with the scrolling.

so my problem is only with the horizontal scrolling.
