commands - why only 5? FR

Post by ernopolo » Sat Mar 25, 2017 10:27 am

Hello!

I ran into the 5 commands limit with .roll.
It would be very very useful for me to define at least 20 user commands!
I could almost say I need it, badly. :) (not for launching them by hotkeys, but to route dumpselections easily!)

best

Due to a bug in the code of previous versions, increasing the number of commands would trigger bad things in backwards compatibility of patches with older bach versions. We'll do that eventually, but we're waiting for some versions to "go by" in order to minimize the user damage.

As a workaround, you can always route dumpselection via gates and use the [key] object to create more commands.
