Hi, does anyone have an example of a simple patch to export a voice or poly object from OM# to bach? For example using a text file, containing the data attached (sorry, I can't attach a .txt file to this post) collected from an OM# voice object. I'm trying to use a system combining a text object from Max, bach.keys and bach.omtree2bachtree, but I can't get it to work. Thanks a lot! Vincent

Hello, I'm pretty sure that in OM6 and OM7 when you open a chord-seq/multi-seq/voice/poly editor you can do File > Export > to bach, then open the generated file by sending a "read" message to the corresponding bach instance (a bach.roll for chord-seq/multi-seq; a bach.score for voice/poly).
That said, I don't know if in OM# this is also the case, but perhaps it's worth checking?

For [chord-seq]s you may get away by just copy pasting the parameters in Max messages (see #separate+syntax in the help center), but for voices this is definitely more complex...
